This is, hands down, my favorite photo I have ever taken! Maroon Bells is Colorado’s most photographed spot, and its majesty is know throughout the whole globe. It is hard to take a bad photo here, and I have seen so many breath taking shots from this location but I do believe this one takes the cake. I drove up halloween night with an ambition to capture the stars behind the Bells. Like I said, it is one of the most photographed spots in North America, yet I was the only soul there. The experience for me was quite “ethereal” and I believe it is conveyed through my photo.
